This page is really trying to cover everything else that you might need to know on your visit or might like to know. So I have listed some links to sites that we use and and some with information about Penrith. Things like where to eat and bike shops. I have also included 'Our favorite places' places to eat, visit walk etc. I have also put a little bit about family ventures and a friends house in France where we sometimes holiday.

cben awardAfter attending some Green tourism scheme days with Cumbria Tourism we realise we can do our bit to save the earth. We are already providing Pure Lakes Toiletriesin the rooms and to sell, see below. Also you will now find quality recycled toilet paper in the ensuites, nearly all our lights are energy saving and we hope to have 100% by the end of this year. All the linen and towels are washed with eco friendly washing liquids or enviromentaly friendly methods. We also use green products for cleaning. As you can see we already source our food as locally as we can where possible organically And n the computer age I am giving the option of paper free booking and confirmation.
