Tariff

From the 1st October to Christmas and from the 5th January to March our very popular three for two nights offer for our quiter season.

From the 1st April my prices are £40 per person (£80 for the room) for a single nights stay. A stay of 2 days or more has a 5% reduction bringing it back to £38 per person (£76 per room). Stay of 4 days or more has a reduction of 10% £36 per person £72 for the room.

Single occupancy of rooms.

Although all my rooms are either double or twin I am willing to take single occupancy at a rate of £56 for single occupancy of a double room and £46 for single occupancy of a twin room.

These are bookings made through me either by e mail or booked on line via link below or Visit Eden websites, or Go Lakes or by telephone. Not through a booking agency. Check availability and price on the 'Book Online' button below

I require the first days stay as a non returnable deposit and normally this is easiest by credit or debit card. I will accept a cheque as deposit but I need at least a weeks notice for them to clear before your stay. The remaining sum can be paid by credit or debit card or cash. I also require you to read and agree to our terms and conditions which I will send to you by email (I can send a hard copy in the post if you require).

There is a 10% off a stay of four days or more for a couple sharing a room or a family.
