The breakfast room overlooks Penrith through gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. I'd happily have stayed there all morning. The bed was great - firm and large with really high-quality real cotton sheets and pillow-cases. I don't normally sleep well away from home but I had a great night's sleep! The owner is generous and just friendly enough (knows when to talk and when to go away). I would highly recommend this BnB.

We cannot fault anything about this accommodation, the hosts were truly welcoming and couldn't do enough for you.

Bank House hits all the right notes.
At Bank House we enjoyed 3 nights of friendly, unstuffy and totally relaxed hospitality at its best in accommodation of the highest order. The large room and en-suite, double size shower, luxury towels and super comfortable bed and the super array of fresh locally sourced and predominantly Fairtrade produce and super home made bread and cakes on the table made this a memorable stay. No hesitation in recommending Bank House.
